Things You Can Do Yourself
As a Shop Manager, here’s everything you have access to on your dealer site. If it’s not on this list, contact us and we’ll handle it.
Inventory
Inventory Management
This is the core of what you manage on your site:
- Add new inventory — Add buildings and trailers from Products → Add New Product.
- Edit prices — Use Quick Edit on any product to update pricing without opening the full editor.
- Upload inventory photos — Add product images and gallery photos when creating or editing a product listing. Photos you upload are for inventory only.
- Mark buildings as sold or available — Update the status when a building sells or a sale falls through.
- Trash or restore products — Remove outdated listings or restore accidentally deleted ones.
- Duplicate and reorder products — Use the duplicate-and-trash method to bump older buildings back to the top of your inventory page.
Tip: See the full walkthrough in How to Manage Your Inventory.
Homepage
Featured Products on Your Homepage
You can feature up to 4 products on your homepage:
- Go to Products in your dashboard.
- Click the star icon on up to 4 products you want to showcase.
- Those starred products automatically appear on your homepage via a Divi module.
- Un-star a product to remove it from the homepage.
Contact Info & Hours
Phone, Email, and Business Hours
- Change your phone number and email — Update these from the Dealer Configuration section of your dashboard. See How to Update Your Contact Info.
- Change your business hours — Go to Store Hours → Hours → Edit Hours. Changes show immediately on the front end of your site.
- Address changes — You cannot update your address yourself. Contact us and we’ll update it across your site for you.
Banners
Scrolling Banners
Your site has 4 scrolling banners (front page, contact page, inventory page, and individual inventory page). For each one you can change:
- Message text — Update the banner wording
- Color — Change the banner color
- On/Off toggle — Turn banners on or off as needed
Forms
Check Your Form Submissions
View customer inquiries and RTO form submissions through WPForms in your dashboard. This lets you see all form entries that have come through your site.
That’s it. Everything else on your site — page content, page photos, blog posts, menus, design, SEO, plugins, settings — is managed by us. If you need something changed that isn’t listed above, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
