Things to Ask Us About

Your Shop Manager access covers inventory, contact info, hours, banners, and forms. Everything else on your site is managed by us. Just send a request and we’ll handle it.

Always Contact Us For

  • Page content changes — Need text updated on any page (homepage, contact, about, etc.)? All front-end content is managed by us.
  • Photos on pages — Adding, changing, or removing photos on any page. The only photos you manage yourself are inventory product photos.
  • Blog posts — All blog content is written and published by us.
  • Menu/navigation changes — Adding, removing, or rearranging menu items can affect how customers find things on your site.
  • Theme or design changes — Anything related to your site’s layout, fonts, colors, or overall appearance.
  • New features or sections — Want something new added to your site? Let us build it right.
  • Plugin or WordPress updates — Never click update buttons in your dashboard. We test all updates before applying them.
  • Address changes — You cannot update your address yourself. Contact us and we’ll update it across your site.
  • Domain or email changes — Changing your domain name or email settings involves DNS records and can take your site offline if done wrong.
  • SEO settings — Your SEO is configured for best results. Incorrect changes can hurt your Google rankings.
  • Anything under “Settings” or “Appearance” — These menus control critical site functions and design. Changes here can break things.
  • User accounts — Adding or modifying user accounts affects site security. We’ll set up any new accounts you need.
Simple rule: If it’s not inventory, contact info, hours, banners, or form submissions — ask us first. We’re happy to handle it.

How to Request a Change

When you contact us, include the following so we can get it done fast:

  1. What you want changed — Be as specific as possible. For example, “Change the photo on the homepage to this one” is better than “Update my site.”
  2. Where on your site — Tell us which page or section needs the change. For example, “On the Contact page” or “In the footer.”
  3. A screenshot if possible — A screenshot showing exactly what you want changed helps us get it right the first time. You can take one on your phone and text or email it to us.
Response time: We typically respond to change requests within 1 business day. Most simple changes are completed the same day we receive them.
