How to Update Your Contact Info
This covers how to change your name, email address, and phone number on your website. These fields appear across your site in the header, footer, and contact page.

Updating Your Contact Information
- Log in to your website. If you need help with this, see How to Log In.
- From the dashboard, click Dealer Information Dashboard in the left sidebar. This is the main place to manage your business details.
- Update the fields you need to change:
- Your Name — This is the name shown on the contact page and in any “About” sections.
- Business Email — This is where form submissions and customer inquiries get sent. Make sure it’s an email you check regularly.
- Main Phone Number — This shows in the header, footer, and contact page. It’s also the number customers tap to call you on mobile.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Your updates will go live on the site immediately.
Good to Know
What Each Field Affects
- Your Name appears on your contact page and any dealer bio sections. It does not change your WordPress login username.
- Business Email controls where you receive form submissions from customers. Changing this here updates it site-wide — you don’t need to edit individual pages.
- Main Phone Number updates everywhere the number appears on the site, including the click-to-call button on mobile. You only need to update it once here.
Tip: If you also need to update your physical address, hours, or business name, those may be in a different section or may require us to update them for you. Contact us if you’re not sure where to find it.
