  • Photos — Add new photos of your lot, buildings, and happy customers regularly
  • Reviews — Respond to every review, both positive and negative
  • Business description — Write a clear description of what you sell and the area you serve

  1. Ask every customer for a review right after the sale while they’re still excited
  2. Text them a direct link to your Google review page to make it easy
  3. Respond to every review — thank positive reviewers and address concerns professionally
  4. Never buy fake reviews — Google can detect them and it can get your profile suspended
